Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon
Nirmal Jit Singh Sekhon an Indian Air Force Officer, Flying Officer. Param vir Chaka recipient. Awarded the Parama Veera Chakra posthumously for single-handedly saving the Srinagar Air Base from a Pakistani air attack during the Indo-Pakistani War. A postal stamp was released in his honour.
