Bina Das

Bina Das an Indian freedom fighter, revolutionary, nationalist, teacher. She tried to kill bengal governor Stanley Jackson with a revolver.

She denied Independence Pension. She lived in extreme poverty. On December 26, 1986, a decomposed body was found on the roadside in Rishikesh. It took an entire month to identify the body. As there is no exact date of her death, the date of discovery of the body is suggested as her date of death.
