Arun Khetarpal an Indian Army Officer, Second Lieutenant. He was posthumously awarded the Parama Vira Chakra, the highest military decoration, for his actions during the Battle of Basantar at the Shakargarh battlefield in the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War.
