The Salt Satyagraha concluded when Mahatma Gandhi broke the British salt law by making salt at Dandi.
The Salt Satyagraha was a non-violent satyagraha by the Indian National Congress led by Mahatma Gandhi as part of civil disobedience against British rule in India.
It is also known as Dandi Satyagraham, Dandi Yatra, and the Dandi March.
In defiance of the salt tax, Gandhi marched for a total of 24 days from 12 March 1930 to 6 April 1930.
The march covered a distance of 385 kilometers along the Gujarat coast.
