Ghulam Nabi Azad (Ghulam Nabi Bhat ) an Indian politician. 7th Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir. Founder of the ‘Democratic Progressive Azad’ political party. He served as the Minister of Health and Family Welfare. He is widely credited with developing the famous Tulip Garden in Kashmir, the largest in Asia.
