The Apple Computer Company was officially incorporated as Apple Computer, Inc.

On 1 April 1976, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne signed the partnership agreement to establish ‘Apple Computer Company’.

On 12 April 1976, Ronald Wayne sold his 10% stake for $800 due to the financial risks of Apple’s partnership structure.

On 3 January 1977, the business was formally incorporated as ‘Apple Computer Inc.’.

On January 9, 2007, Steve Jobs announced that Apple Computer, Inc. was officially renaming itself ‘Apple Inc’.
