On December 18, 2006, Infosys became the first Indian company to be included in the NASDAQ-100 in the United States, which tracks the 100 largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

On December 12, 2012, Infosys transferred its American Depositary Shares (ADS) listing from the Nasdaq Stock Market to the New York Stock Exchange to enhance visibility and accessibility for global investors.
