International Corgi Day

International Corgi Day is celebrated annually on June 4th.

It is to honor the adorable, short-legged Welsh Corgi breed, including Pembroke and Cardigan Welsh Corgis, as well as Corgi mixes.

Founded in 2019 by the Omaha Corgi Crew, the holiday aims to celebrate these charming dogs while raising funds and awareness for Corgi rescue charities. The first celebration took place on June 4, 2020.
