International GM’s Day

International GM’s Day is celebrated every year on March 4th.

It was established in 2002 through a proposal on the EN World forums and first observed in 2003.

The date, created by a user known as “Spunkrat,” is a pun on the command “March Forth!”

Since 2008, this holiday has also served to honor the legacy of Gary Gygax, who passed away on that same date.

Today, the event is marked by major RPG sales, and players express their gratitude to their Game Masters with gifts and appreciation.
