International Mastocytosis and Mast Cell Diseases Awareness Day is observed annually on October 20th.

Established in 2018 by a coalition of 24 advocacy organizations across 21 countries.

This day aims to raise awareness about mast cell diseases, including mastocytosis, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and hereditary alpha tryptasemia (HaT).
