Italian fascist leader ‘Benito Mussolini’ dissolved the Italian parliament and officially proclaimed himself the dictator of Italy.
On 3rd January 1925, Benito Mussolini announced that he was making himself dictator of Italy. He was the first head of state to make his own film in 1929. You can see part of it below.
