Mongolia State Flag Day

Mongolia State Flag Day is observed annually on 10 July.

The observance commemorates the 10 July 1945 revision of the Law on the Design and Composition of the State Flag of Mongolia, on which the modern holiday is based.

The holiday was officially established by the State Great Khural in 2008 and first observed in 2009.

The day celebrates Mongolia's sovereignty, independence, unity, and statehood.

It is marked through flag-raising ceremonies, military parades, cultural events, and patriotic activities held on the eve of the Naadam Festival.
