Russia Announced the world’s first personalized mRNA cancer vaccine ‘Enteromix’ is ready to use.

This vaccine is developed by Russia’s National Medical Research Radiological Centre (NMRRC) and the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, it uses mRNA technology combined with oncolytic viruses to target tumor-specific antigens, tailored to individual patients using AI-driven neoantigen identification.

It requires final regulatory approval from Russia’s Ministry of Health before it can be rolled out to patients.

Once approved, it would be provided free of charge through Russia’s national health system, initially targeting colorectal cancer patients.
