Mumtaz Mahal (Arjumand Banu Begum) an Indian empress.

Chief consort of the fifth Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan. She got the titles ‘Mumtaz-Mahal’, ‘Malika-i-Jahan’, ‘Padshah-Begum’. A crater on the planet Venus is named after her. In her memory, Taj Mahal commissioned on her tomb in Agra.
