No Bra Day

No Bra Day is observed worldwide anually on October 13th.

It takes place during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, when women are encouraged to go braless to promote breast cancer awareness and emphasize the importance of self-examination, early detection, and support for survivors.

First observed on July 9, 2011, as an online awareness campaign. Later, the date was moved to October 13 to align with the broader Breast Cancer Awareness Month activities.

It has since evolved into a global (international) social media movement, symbolizing body positivity, breast health education, and solidarity with breast cancer patients and survivors.
