On 1 April 1976, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne signed the partnership agreement to establish ‘Apple Computer Company’.

On 12 April 1976, Ronald Wayne sold his 10% stake for $800 due to the financial risks of Apple’s partnership structure.

On 3 January 1977, the business was formally incorporated as ‘Apple Computer Inc.’.

On January 9, 2007, Steve Jobs announced that ‘Apple Computer, Inc.’ was being renamed ‘Apple Inc.’ and also introduced the iPhone.
