Sahu Maharaj (Yeshwantrao Ghatge) an Indian ruler, mentor, social reformer, educationalist, philanthropist.

‘Father of Reservations’ in India. Chhatrapati of the Kolhapur princely state. He advocating the rights of Dalits, backward classes, and women. He implemented policies for free and compulsory education, abolition of untouchability, and reservation systems for marginalized communities in education and government jobs.
