Sanjay Dutt (Sanjay Balraj Dutt) an Indian film actor, producer, television presenter, convict.

Ffounder of the production company ‘Sanjay Dutt Productions’.

Co-founder of the ‘Super Fight League’.

He has received several awards such as Filmfare, IIFA, Cinefare, and Stardust.

He got titles such as Pan-India Villain, Rebel Star, Bollywood’s Bad Boy, Baba, Munna Bhai, Deadly Dutt, and Sanju Baba.

Son of veteran film actors Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt.

In 2018, a fan named Nisha Patel left behind property worth ₹72 crore in her will in his name.

Sanjay Dutt, however, returned the property to her family.

In connection with the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case, he was prosecuted on charges of possessing prohibited weapons.

In 2006, the special TADA (Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Prevention Act) court acquitted him of terrorism charges, clearly stating that he was not a terrorist.

It was clarified that he had acquired the weapon for self-protection during the 1992–93 Mumbai riots due to threats.

However, he was found guilty under the Arms Act for illegally possessing a 9mm pistol and an AK-56 rifle.

He served a five-year jail sentence, which he completed in 2016.
