Sujatha Mohan (Sujatha Vijayendran) an Indian playback singer, stage performer, musicianess, television judge.
Kerala State Film Award recipient.
Tamil Nadu State Film Award recipient.
She holds the informal title “Bhava Gayika.”
recorded thousands of songs in several Indian languages (over 10), including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi.
She worked extensively with legendary composers such as A. R. Rahman, Ilaiyaraaja, Vidyasagar, and M. M. Keeravani.
Sujatha Mohan was known as “Baby Sujatha” during her childhood singing career.
Granddaughter of Paravoor T. K. Narayana Pillai, the first Chief Minister of Travancore–Cochin after India gained Independence.
