Kasturi & Sons Ltd. (KSL), India’s leading media house and publisher of The Hindu, launched The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy on September 20, 2012.

The Centre operates as a public policy think tank dedicated to fostering research, dialogue, and debate on national political and policy issues.

KSL, tracing its origins to the freedom struggle, was incorporated as a private limited company in 1940 and as a public limited company in 1959, and has since expanded its portfolio with various publications and digital initiatives.
