On November 10, 1885, the Daimler Reitwagen, recognized as the world’s first motor cycle, made its debut and successfully completed its first six-mile test run in Germany.

Invented by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach, it had a single-cylinder engine and outrigger wheels for balance, marking the start of motorized motorcycles.
