Tribal Pride Day – India

Tribal Pride Day also known as Janjatiya Gaurav Divas observed in India on november 15th every year.

Declared by the Government of India in 2021.

It marks the birth anniversary of Birsa Munda, the Munda leader who led the Ulgulan rebellion against British rule in Jharkhand.

It is dedicated to honoring the contributions of tribal communities to the nation’s freedom struggle, culture, and development.
