World AMR Awareness Week

World AMR Awareness Week (WAAW) or World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week is observed annually from November 18–24.

Established by the World Health Organization (WHO), which was first observed in 2015.

It aims to raise awareness about antimicrobial resistance and encourage responsible use of antibiotics and other antimicrobials.
