World Standards Day

World Standards Day is a global observance held annually on October 14.

It recognizes the efforts of experts who develop international standards for global efficiency and safety.

The day is jointly organized by International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

These organizations work together under the World Standards Cooperation (WSC).
