World Whisky Day

World Whisky Day is celebrated annually on the third Saturday in May.

It was founded in 2012 by Blair Bowman, a student at the University of Aberdeen, to make whisky accessible and enjoyable for all. In 2015, World-Whisky-Day events were registered on all seven continents.
