G. Vijayaraghavan (Govindan Vijayaraghavan) – an Indian cardiologist, medical teacher, researcher.

First person to establish a 2D echo laboratory in India.

First person to establish a Doppler laboratory in Kuwait.

Co-founder of KIMSHEALTH, Thiruvananthapuram, and served as its vice-chairman.

He made major contributions to cardiac imaging, endomyocardial fibrosis research and medical education in India.

Padma Shri Award recipient.
