DXC Technology Was Founded in the United States.

On 3 April 2017, DXC Technology was formed through the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) with the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

The merger created a new independent global information technology services company.
