Perugu Siva Reddy – an Indian ophthalmologist and eye surgeon.

Established the T. L. Kapadia Eye Bank, India’s first eye bank, in 1964.

First Indian recipient of the Jose Rizal Medal of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology.

Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan and Dr. B. C. Roy Award recipient.
