S Nijalingappa (Siddavanahalli Nijalingappa) an indian independence activist, lawyer, politician. 4th Chief Minister of Mysore State. President of Indian Congress Committee. He served as Chief Minister of Mysore State (now Karnataka) twice. He played an important role in the Karnataka Union Movement.
