Pandit Nehru Bus Station Opened in Vijayawada.

On 23 September 1990, the Vijayawada bus stand, officially known as Pandit Nehru Bus Station (PNBS), opened in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Operated by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), it developed into one of India’s largest bus stations and a major road-transport hub connecting Vijayawada with destinations across Andhra Pradesh and other states.
