Usher Syndrome Awareness Day

Usher Syndrome Awareness Day is observed worldwide on the third Saturday of September.

Established in 2015 by the Usher Syndrome Coalition, the day raises awareness of Usher syndrome, a rare inherited condition affecting hearing, vision and balance, and supports the global community while encouraging research toward treatments and a cure.
