International Addison's Day

International Addison's Day also known as Addison's Disease Day, is observed annually on May 29th.

It is to raise awareness about Addison's disease and adrenal insufficiency. This day aims to educate the public and decision-makers about the condition, improve access to treatments, and support those affected.

It's a rare endocrine condition where the adrenal glands don't produce enough cortisol and aldosterone.
