World Marrow Donor Day

World Marrow Donor Day is observed annually on 22 September.

Organized by the World Marrow Donor Association, the day honours blood stem cell and marrow donors worldwide and promotes donor registration and stem cell transplantation.

Until 2025, it was observed on the third Saturday of September before shifting to the fixed date from 2026.
